Returns policy

Please note that we do not accept any returns on any of our products.

Refunds

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless items have been damaged in transit. 

In the case an item arrives damaged please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order along with a photograph of the damaged products  and send it via email (info@fruitplug.co.uk), Instagram (Fruit.plug), or Facebook (Fruit Plug)

In exceptional circumstances where the problem has been considered by the operations team will a refund be issued.

Pre-orders?

Reserve your box in advance with us to ensure you receive it on your desired date.

How can I pay in cash?

We accept cash payments for both online and collection orders;

Online orders: Select the “Pay cash upon delivery” option at the checkout and once we have contacted you and arranged a delivery time you will be expected to pay a delivery fee of £5 and the total of your order. Please note that this option is limited to London addresses only.

Where is your collection point?

We offer free collections in London around the NW3 area. 

How do I arrange a collection?

Option 1: Contact us via email, Instagram, or Facebook and we will arrange a suitable time to meet. Please include your name, telephone number, and your desired time when contacting us for a collection.

Option 2: Place an order via our website and select “Collection" at the checkout. We will then be in contact with you via the telephone you have provided.  

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive on orders made between Monday-Thurs. 

How can I change my shipping address?

If a shipping label has not yet been created for your order, you may contact us via email or message us via Instagram (Fruit.Plug) or Facebook (Fruit Plug) with your new shipping address at info@fruitplug.co.uk 

My order arrived damaged what should I do?
