These terms govern your use of fruitplug.co.uk, the Fruit Plug PWA and any related apps (together, the “Site”), and your purchase of goods from Fruit Plug Ltd (“Fruit Plug”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are

2. Products & pricing
We sell fresh exotic and tropical fruits plus curated fruit boxes. Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Because we source seasonal produce, availability and variety can change without notice; we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value where necessary and will tell you on the packing slip.
3. Your order
When you place an order we send a confirmation email. That email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance; a contract is only formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order for any reason (for example, stock, address outside our delivery area, or payment failure) and will refund any amount taken.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store card details. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorised to use the card.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Standard shipping is next-day when ordered before 2pm on a working day. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control, but we'll always help you resolve issues.
6. Refunds & returns
Because our products are fresh perishable goods, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once the order has been dispatched. However, if an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund the affected item. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription orders recur at the cadence you select. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account page before the next renewal. Cancellations after renewal apply from the following cycle.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud or in breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photos, videos, logos, box designs, the Fruit Plug wordmark — is owned by Fruit Plug Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission. Nothing on the Site grants a licence to any third-party trade marks shown (TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Stripe etc.).
10. User content & social features
Where the Site embeds our Instagram or TikTok content, that content remains subject to the platform's terms. Where we display user-generated content (reviews, tagged posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Site for promotional purposes. You can ask us to take it down by emailing info@fruitplug.co.uk.

12. Third-party integrations
The Site integrates with TikTok (content embeds and potential login), Instagram, Stripe (payments), and carriers for delivery. Each of those has its own terms and privacy practices; we don't control them.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on this page at the time of your order. Material changes will be notified via the Site or by email where you have an account.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales, without limiting your statutory rights as a consumer.
