The standard
Every fruit on a catering surface is selected to the same standard as our retail line — single-farm, first-grade, ripe to the day. If we wouldn't ship it as a gift box, we don't put it on a table.
Insulated boxes, ice-packed in summer, climate-controlled van to the door. Fragile fruit is unpacked on site by a member of our team, not by venue staff.
Every display is composed for the room — height, colour balance, knife work. No bulk trays. No factory presentation. The fruit is the point; the styling is in service of the fruit.
How it works
Date, venue, guest count, the menu it's sitting alongside, the brief from the planner. The shorter the better — we'll come back with questions.
Two or three configurations across price points, with a fruit list tied to what's at peak that week. Signed off before any sourcing starts.
Cold-chain delivery to the venue. A member of our team installs on site. The display is collected post-event — the box and the experience stay with you.
