A two-minute dessert from a Shibuya café we copied. The honey deepens the sweetness, the salt makes the citrus taste more like itself.
Per serving
- Two Sumo Citrus, peeled and segmented
- One teaspoon of good honey
- A pinch of flaky sea salt
Method
- Arrange the segments on a chilled plate.
- Drizzle honey across them. Finish with flaky salt.
- Eat within 5 minutes — the honey draws juice out fast.
